I wanted something to help me with some back support that can also help in some weight lost along the way. This product helped me achieve both so far. I use it with some hot cream and it seems to work slightly for the past 2-3 weeks of usage. It's not too bulky where it's not noticeable with some dark clothing. I wear it during some light garden work and did not feel any discomfort so working out in it will probably be the same. I'm not sure how long the velcro will hold up over longer period of ownership as some other reviewers have mentioned. Packaging is simple and secure and it arrived quickly. Pricing is reasonable compared to other similar products. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it.

This is the only waist trainer I have bought so I can not compare this to other ones. What I can say is that at first, it worked really well. Was a bit tight so maybe buy to sizes larger than you intended on for one. The first two weeks it was fine maybe week and a half. Than the Velcro stopped sticking and everything went down hill. I still use it but I have to tie it a certain way for it to work since the velcro won't. If you know a better product maybe try that one first.

Usually I am not doing product reviews. But I just wanna share my real experience with everyone. I would like to say “I am Not recommend this product to anyone”. I purchased this item 2021 September 22nd and delivered 27th September, and also I used it only several times, now that Velcro belt does not stick together. Very cheap quality of Velcro they used for this. If that belt is not right on your belly, you will feel very uncomfortable. Because it will move around on your belly.Not recommended, don't waste your money

Mine is a lil to loose I wear large tshirts so went with a large trainer. Medium would’ve been better other than that quality is good

I received this item today and it’s very good, as advertised. There was an insert for a free item and unfortunately it was a bait and switch deception. Regardless the item I bought is fine, as advertised. The bait and switch insert was totally unnecessary.
