I'm looking for a basket that I can use for my bike or scooter.** A: I attached it to my bicycle using the included hardware. It attached to the holes that were part of the bike frame and I think they are standard on most decently made bikes. Don't know about scooters. The install was not hard. **Q: Can you still attach panniers with this basket on the bike?** A: YES, because the metal basket is removable. It has spring loaded "brackets" that hold it into place...and easily pulled to release the basket. It fits on a rack so your "pannier" could also be used.
