Pacari Merken-Chilli Organic Chocolate Bar

Very unique flavor, chile is tingly hot on your tongue but dissipates fast and chocolate flavor bursts through. The hot was just a little too warm for me, I can only tolerate mild salsa (if that gives you clues). The flavor of this chocolate bar is absolutely phenomenal. Perfect mix.

I had purchased some in Ecuador and it was fresh and delicious. This was old and had white film on it. Too bad because fresh it is a great product.

Also, the company helps the farmers who produce the cacao by paying them a decent price for their production.No, I don't work for them, but I can tell you that all of Ecuador is proud of this company and appreciates their concern for balance and their love of Pachamama (Mother Earth).

Good chocolate, probably not worth the price IMO, one of the Chocolates delivered was seemingly in a cold temperature, then back to room temperature, ruining the chocolate.
