Question 1

Cada cuanto tiempo tengo que reemplazarlo ?

Accepted Answer

Question 2

I have a 2.5 gallons per minute (GPM) shower system, does the filter reduce the gpm rating on my shower head?

Accepted Answer

We receive a mixed response from customers. About half say they don't notice any difference with the pressure, and about half say they see a small decrease in pressure. A small percentage said there was a big drop in pressure, and I've even had a few people claim that the shower filter increased their water pressure. (I'm not sure why that would happen.)

Based on the responses so far, it seems the shower filter slightly decreases your water pressure, but you may or may not notice the decrease. If you have other questions or concerns in mind, always feel free to send us a message through the Amazon messaging system.

Question 3

Do you sell similar product with universal filter? They are cheap and availability is good too.

Accepted Answer

We do not carry filters that work with universal replacement cartridges. Our filter systems are specifically design for our replacement cartridges. If you have other questions, please send us a message via Amazon messaging system.

Question 4

Is the cartridge size universal? for example - will it work with this set of universal cartridges - https://amzn.to/2oijd17?

Accepted Answer

No, the replacement cartridge size of our shower filter is not universal. It will only fit in our shower filter system. If you have other concerns, please send us a message via Amazon messaging system so we can help you further.
