Looks good, works great
We use this in an 8x12 bathroom (plugged into a GFI outlet) to supplement our forced air heat on chilly days. It looks as good as the picture and assembly is limited to screwing on the stand. When you turn it on, there is no fan (which we like) and you'll feel the heat coming out of the top immediately. This gentle heat is perfect for our use but if you need "instant" heat blowing on you, this is not the right unit. It warms the space but it takes awhile so in the evening we turn it on about an hour before hitting the shower. There is a thermostat, setbacks and a timer but we simply turn it on and off when needed. The sides and top get hot and the manual suggests keeping kids 3 and under away from the unit.

Very artsy, funtional heater.
Beautiful--as far as heaters go. Oil heated so it's pretty safe. Extremely quiet. Electronic thermostat holds the temperature better than any other heater I've used. Why not 5 stars? Well, mine leaked oil. Got another one and the front white cover was dented due to shipping. Took them apart and made one good one out of them and returned the other. The design is very attractive but engineered in a wierd way that is overly complex to take it apart. I'm a surgeon and it was a little bit of a challenge. Forget about taking it apart if you are not handy. Overall, now that I have one that works I love it. For that much money I would think the quality control would be better than one you can buy at WalMart for a third of the price. I would defifinitely buy another.

Nice but crappy functionality
They spent so much time making this beautiful that they forgot to actually forgot what they were building. The heat output on this is total crap. I had it set in one room with 65f outside. The temp was set to 85f and it never went above 75f. It makes heat but not enough. I ended up getting this version instead that was cheaper and worked 100% https://amzn.to/2VwFz3t

Beautiful design, solid build, but annoying timer.
Very beautiful modern design and like typical oil radiator heaters, puts out silent and steady warmth that’s slow but safe to leave on unattended. ( If you want quick, in-your-face heat, then an oil radiator type like this heater is not for you.) HOWEVER, programming the timer is not fun. It's not difficult but very inconvenient. Maybe the WIFI model is better but the “programable” timer on this basic model is very dumb. You cannot program it for each day like the thermostat for your central HVAC. You can only program the running time twice, once for night and once for day. Then it will run automatically at these two exact times everyday. BUT and a BIG BUT: Here's an example of how dumb the timer is. If you want to program for 6AM, you have to physically wake up at 6AM and go program it AT EXACTLY 6AM. Then it will remember to turn at 6am every day. If you turn it off or unplug it, the whole thing is erased. So annoying. But once you've programmed it, it's great. You can set it and forget it. PROS: Very beautiful, well built, silent and warm. CONS: Very annoyingly dumb "programmable" timer. Why put so much effort into the design and quality then completely drop the ball on the timer. This timer is dumber than your most basic alarm clock. I would still buy this again but maybe the smarter WIFI model (assuming it is smarter than an alarm clock).

Very nice product and super helpful customer support!
This is a very effective and quiet heater for a small room. It has an elegant design compared to other products. We love it and use it most of the nights around the year. Their customer support is super responsive and helpful. Our 2 year old unit started to leak a bit oil a month back and I emailed their customer support. They instantly told me it's still under warranty and I got a brand new replacement unit 2 days after I filed the claim! Highly recommend!

Works great, but you're paying a lot extra for the looks; Dies after a couple of years
UPDATE 27 Mar 2023: I had to lower my rating on this to two stars. I bought four of these in 2019, and the thermostat on two of them has stopped working. Those two can no longer hold a consistent temperature. I can either turn them fully on or fully off using the on/off button, but there's no temperature control. Considering the premium I paid for these, I expected them to last for 15-20 years, not 3-4. I can no longer recommend these heaters. There is no U.S. distributor or service. I tried contacting the manufacturer in Sweden. They told me that the PCB boards (electronics) had gone bad, but would not sell me new PCB boards to fix them. I wish I had bought something else. --- I'm writing this review because there's not a lot of good information about this heater available online. I do like this heater a lot, but am quite disappointed with some of the control features (or lack thereof). I really hate not to give this heater 5 stars. I bought one, and liked it so much that I bought 3 more. However, the performance is no better than less-attractive models that cost half (or even a third) as much, and the electronic controls are frustrating and have some flaws. This heater looks great and works as advertised. It noticeably sucks in cold air from the bottom, and emits hot air from the top. It's a fanless design, so it is silent (except for a moderate "tick" when the power turns on and off). It raises the heat in a 190 sq. ft. room in our house (the coldest room in the house with large windows) by about 0.5C (about 1F) per hour with the doors closed. It seems to max out in that room at about 2C (about 4F) above the household temperature. In another, larger room that has fewer windows, the heater is sufficient to make the room toasty warm. Despite the nice design, the heater is basically just a standard oil-filled heater with a pretty shell. You can buy a heater with the same heating capability and features for half the money (or even 1/3 the price, if you don't mind manual controls). Hopefully, for the price, the durability and longevity will be better than cheaper models. The other reason that I can't give this heater 5 stars is the frustrating and partially flawed electronic controls. Considering that this is the most expensive oil-filled heater on the market, there is no justification for the control drawbacks this heater has. The base thermostat control is great, but doesn't really do much more than a manual dial thermostat. With respect to the timer and other control features, there are numerous problems with them: - There is no indication of actual temperature. The display shows only the set temperature. You'd think for $140, it would tell you both the set temperature and the actual room temperature, so you know whether the room is heating up. Nope. I had to use a separate thermometer. - There is no clock, so you can't set any advanced functions in advance. If you want it to start a function at 5am, you have to wake up at 5am at least one day to set that function (after which, it will re-activate every day at that time). - The day/night "setback" feature is LOST if the power goes out (which happens all the time in my area in winter). That means that every time the power goes out even for a few seconds, and you had it set to operate at 5am, you have to remember wake up at 5am the next day to reset that feature. This is ridiculous for a heater that costs twice as much for the same features. - The day "setback" feature only works on weekdays. Okay, this makes some sense, but for a heater twice the price, I can't even have control over that? - For Celsius users, the controls only allow you to set whole numbers. Considering that Celsius degrees are almost twice Fahrenheit degrees, you lose half the precision in your settings.

stylish, warm, and adjustable power
This heater works so good up in the attic area, where there is zero heat. It is easy to set up and has settings to turn it on /off on a schedule. These are the most energy efficient types of heaters. Love it!

Quite and does a really good job of heating a room. I appreciate the simple and beautiful design which a big improvement on most other heaters. It take a bit longer to bring a room to temperature but the benefits of an oil heater far outweigh that.

I purchased this Mill heater to replace my older, more traditional oil filled heater that had blown a fuse and is running only at half capacity/wattage. Well, having these two heaters together, I can tell you that the old one still heats up the room better! Like, I'm sitting on a couch 4 feet away from the Mill, running at maxium temperature and full wattage, and the air feels cold still. Up close, to the touch, it's burning hot, there's just no reach or range. Ironically it was the video describing the value of convection heating over radiant heat that sold me on the Mill. And the design of course, it's certainly beautiful. I'm being a bit harsh, the Mill is adequate- just don't be expecting the Dyson of heaters!

This heater keeps my basement family room very comfortable. Very happy so far with electricity costs to run this unit.

I liked the product because it heated the place that had to be heated really good and it worked very efficiently.

It's stylish but the 700W (mini version) will not provide enough heat for a small 4x8 m^2. You have to sit really close to the unit to feel that warm. I put it inside my room ( small one ) with already additional air condition but still doesn't quite enough. End up return it !
