Q: Are these a knitted material

I believe they are a woven material, thin tee shirt like top, and slightly thicker bottoms with a silky finish. Sorry, don't know materials but I'd say more like a jersey than anything else. Excellent PJs tho, I've been wearing summer and winter with no problems, in fact was just about to order some more!

Q: Do you have to dry clean? Not practical for pjs

No they are machine washable I just put them in a normal 40 wash, they wash lovely no shrinkage and keep perfect shape

Q: are there sizes 18-20

I don't know but I'm a size 16 and the large was too small.
