The 31.5" version of this monitor does have 100mm VESA mount points. They are behind where the stand would snap in.

What’s the frame rate under hdmi?

I have mine running at 165Hz (MSI GTX 1080) with a premium 3.3ft 8K HDMI cable, so I don't know why these other people are having issues.I purchased a DP cable just in case but I did not need it because a soon as I plugged in the hdmi and checked my settings 165Hz was what it was already at no changes needed.

Is this a Freesync or Gsync monitor?

Freesync but Gsync compatible. Works on my gtx 1080.

how would I set up dual monitors? (How to set it up onto pc, or any software or things I need to do to get it to work)

Plug them into the computer and both will work. You can then right click on your desktop and open "display settings" or "Nvidia control panel". This will be used to adjust resolution, adjust screen position so your computer knows which side your monitors are on. Also you can set if the monitors show the same thing or different things. No external programs are required to setup multiple monitors.
