LenovoIdeaPad Slim 1 11 Inch (11.6 Inch) HD Laptop - (AMD A4, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC, Windows 10 Home S Mode) - Platinum Grey

I have a large Lenovo laptop and I wanted a smaller one to use when travelling. This laptop is perfect for browsing the internet, school work, business correspondence/spreadsheets/presentations etc. I suspect that it won't be up to the job if you are a gamer or if you edit videos.I have given it 5 stars because it is a great value, well built laptop which will be suitable for most peoples' needs.However, there are 2 important points that you need to know before you buy this laptop:1. It runs on Windows 10 S. This is Microsoft's equivalent of a Chromebook. The operating system is locked down so that you can only browse the internet using the Edge browser (which is excellent) and you can only upload Apps from the Microsoft App store - many Apps are not in the MS Store.Apparently, you can override the 'S' version and access the full Windows 10 operating system. I suspect that if you do this, the laptop will run very slowly indeed.2. The Microsoft Office package that comes with the laptop is Microsoft 365 with 1 year's free subscription. If you don't renew the subscription after the year is up you will not be able to use the Office Apps (Word, Excel, etc). If you have used OneDrive to store your documents in the Cloud (recommended), you will not be able to access these without the subscription (there is a small basic size limit on OneDrive if you don't pay the subscription, which you will probably have exceeded during your first year).I purchased the 4GB RAM version which cost an extra £20 - I would recommend buying this version, if you can afford it.If you are looking for an inexpensive laptop that does all the basic things, this is a great choice.

En portatil es de 10" perfecto para mi hija de 12 años que a empezado el instituto,para trabajos y todo lo que conlleva,tambien escucha musica etc tiene windows 10 perfecto para el instituto,si tiene una pega diria que es lento para ver peliculas etc se hace imposible pir lo demas y para el uso de estudios un 10,es diseño compacto

I've had this laptop just under two years now and it's still going strong. I bought it when I first set my business up as it seemed a very good price, and it has been my partner in crime ever since. I'm due a new laptop soon as due to the nature of my business, I now need a larger screen. But I think I'll stick with Lenovo as I have found the quality, speed and overall experience of this laptop to be well worth it.

Lamentable.Sin respuesta por parte del servicio técnico. Las teclas.no corresponden con las letras y no dan señales de vida.... Pésimo servicio a pesar de estar en garantía...
