Best choice for creating three-way lighting where needed.
The only reason this gets 4 stars is because of its size. It would work out a lot better if it was big enough to take the place of the original wall switch.I was able to hide the controller inside the original wall switch, then put a solid cover over that wall switch. In other words, the original wall switch was replaced with one of these and then another one placed where needed for a three-way operation. Totally fantastic!I did run into one problem. If the two switches are not activated just right, then there are times when toggling the switch does not toggle the light. Minor inconvenience. I have two sets of these working in my home now. One for the living room and one for the kitchen where both places needed an extra light switch.

worked on square receiver
Had another wireless kinetic switch with square receiver that I needed another switch for, but they stopped selling that original switch on Amazon. I tried another kinetic switch that worked on circular receiver that did not work on this square one. This one worked with the square receiver. whew. Anyways pretty decent range. Worked on receiver in a old metal box, surrounded by plaster wall with god knows how many years of lead paint, and covered by a metal light fixture. These kinetic light switches saved me the hassle of putting in a light switch that probably should have been done when original fixture was put in.
