When's the last time you experienced phenomenal customer service? For me it's been ages, I completely forgot what proper customer service is like until I contacted Hbada. I bought this chair 3 months ago for my husband's birthday and unfortunately the head rest attachment broke. Hbada's team quickly responded to my issue with sincere concern and immediately sent a replacement part. The process was smooth and easy and I truly felt that they care for their customers.While this chair is not a Herman Miller, I think for the price, you're getting a lot of great features and great customer support too. The adjustable seat, arms, headrest, and pull out foot rest provide a lot of options to your needs. My husband easily finds comfort in this chairs for hours at a time. We personally addeda seat cushion on top for extra sciatic support (a suggestion if you may need it), but I think those looking for an array of adjustments without totally breaking the bank, this is the choice for you!

This is the worst chair ever. No ergonomics for body mechanics, and the leg rest is useless, cannot hold weight of legs. Had severe back pains using this chair.Unfortunately window for return expired, so chair now sits in my house as decoration. Wasted money.

The instructions were not simple but that may be due to all of the screws and washers being mixed together because the package holding them was not sealed and, therefore, all of them were in a pile by the time it was shipped.The seat cushion is NOT SOFT AT ALL and is not rounded in the front to properly support circulation in your legs...it's just a two or three inch cushion on top of plastic or metal. The first time I sat down I sank straight to the hard surface under the cushion.The instructions did not match the product. The instructions barely explained how to use the chair and the explanations never matched how the levers or buttons actually work.I won't order this chair again but I also won't ask to return it because returning large items you buy on amazon is always a nightmare...

I work from home and do online school I purchased this chair received it in December 2022 today is march 2nd 2023 and the arm rest broke off and the back mesh has ripped out from the lumbar support this for the price was a waste. Since this time they reach out provided a fixed chair and it has since worked amazingly. This company has completely turned it around for me.

Manufacturing error in my initial unit, customer service was phenomenal. Resolved the issue with a reshipment right away.

Nice chair but just not comfortable for me to sit in.

The chair was nice until it wasn't. This chair didn't even last 6 months. The hydraulic stopped working 2 months in, the arms have dents from where my elbows sit and the padding where you sit is not padded anymore. They don't make chairs like they used to...

I had expressed some concerns regarding the chair I received. Within 24hrs of my review a customer care representative reached out. They offered me several options to help rectify the situation and within 48hrs of that I was given a credit from my original purchase. I was extremely impressed with their response and I will have full confidence in purchasing Hbada products moving forward knowing they stand behind their products.
