Taste is not overrated
The beans are evenly roasted and sized and packed. Grinder (conical) yieldsaromatiic dark roast that is surprisingly void of sharpness. Pleasant anytime.

I pay $30 for a small bag and expect this to be the most amazing coffee. Previous bags were “almost” worth the price- this one tasted like moldy paper! If I could return I would!
