Very sharp and smooth, ergonomics not that good
Blade is very sharp and most veggies offer no challenge, but.. Handle is difficult to hold. Can use only 2 fingers to grip. Falls out of wet hands quite often. Blade does not tilt outwards as much as I would have liked, or as much as I am used to. As a result, very difficult to use on even slightly concave surfaces, like a bent potato.

Excellent peeler, very sharp and efficient. Peels quickly and smoothly with minimal effort. Comfortable grip and good control, even for longer use. Solid Victorinox quality — simple tool, but works perfectly. Highly recommended.

J'ai du racheter un epluche legume, celui-ci est super léger mais résistant et efficace aussi bien pour les pommes de terre et les pommes que pour une pêche ou une tomate qui sont assez mou ! Je recommande car il est léger efficace et on le tiens bien main!
