I like lightweight capsules. No big tablets here. The capsules go down easy...very easy.

Taking twice a day with a meal and I notice that it is helping with toning the thighs and helping with how my clothes fit.

This is probably my first review but if it can help someone the way it has helped me thats great. I used to take 1-2 prescription acid reflux meds a day. Since taking this daily I have taken maybe 4 of the prescription meds total since November! My appetite is cut in half and I've lost 23 lbs just adding this daily. I haven't changed my diet (except eating less because it's cut my appetite in half) or even started exercising yet. I know it'll work even better once I incorporate exercising. It's such a good price why not try it, there's no harm if you don't like it. It doesn't give me any stomach issues like some have said, but if it does just start slow and work your way up. I take 4-6 a day. I haven't noticed additional energy while taking it but with everything else it's helped, I'll be taking it for a long time.

Quick info on me. I'm a 5' 1", 53 year old woman who basically from my early teens has had to struggle with weight. I'm going to a weight loss/hormone therapy replacement center but am doing the weight loss program. I'd never heard of "calcium pyruvate" before I started this program and when you Google it, it explains: {The body produces pyruvate when it breaks down sugar (glucose). Pyruvate is available as a supplement.} I found this interesting as I know by having a weight problem my entire life that whatever my body does when it processes food is "not" the same as those without a weight problem. The doctors office gives you 30 of their own bottled calcium pyruvate pills but it isn't enough for the recommended dosage (2 capsules, 3 times a day). I thought I'd look on Amazon and at the time, this brand was "Amazon's Choice". It is so much more cost affordable than what the doctor's office charges. I've lost almost 35 pounds since I started taking it in January! I take 2 capsules, 3 times a day with food, and exercise. Nothing crazy, just walking, bike riding, and roller skating in the neighborhood. I truly believe calcium pyruvate has made the difference and that maybe "my body" has never produced pyruvate the way it is designed to. I've tried many diets and as those with a weight problem know, the older we get the harder it is to lose weight. I've lost every week since January. Some weeks were less than a pound but I still lost! This has not happened for me since my 20's. I've stayed with this brand as in "If it's not broke, don't fix it" mentality. I highly recommend BEST NATURALS brand of calcium pyruvate!

I'm returning these. The labels look like they were printed on someone's home printer. Blurry and smudged. Just looks unprofessional leaving me fearful of using them.

I started to use this product about a month ago together with two other food supplement, I am also on diet, but eating 5times a day. My results are amazing! I lost 5 kg within 4 weeks, without being hungry. The diet itself didn’t help me, as I had only about 5-8 kgs to loose. (I am 166cm and was 67,5kg when I started the program)Pyruvate definitely helps me to reach my goals, only 2 pills in the morning so this was the only supplement that I have never forgot to take in. And plenty of water, people! Pyruvate CAN help you loose weight, but on its own, without diet is not helping, which is fine, we don’t need miracle tablets! All in all I am very happy with the product! (I did not get pay for this review, I just wish, haha)
