I buy these for my mother who is 97 but gets around fine. She is small about 4'7" and aroung 80 lbs. They are the smallest that I can fine which is a little big on her but with out stretching they fit pretty well. she like them better than any she has used. They fit more closely to underwear than any others and are not as bulky but work quite well even during the night. Hope that answers your question.
