Usually use loreal but this worked great. It covered my gray and looks natural. Hair is fuller, soft and shiny. I used with the 20 developer so it didnt get too dark. The ends got darker than I thought so do the roots to about half, leave in 20mins then the ends for another 10. Rinse and condition. I used a purple conditioner to keep it from being brassy.
