PERFECT. MY HEAD WAS WARM AND DRY WITHOUT SWEATING. 9H SHIFT OUTDOORS.
Perfect for wet or cold days. I wore this for my 9 hour shift as Yard Technician. Back in my day the job title would have been Yard Boy. Anyway, yesterday was about 12 degrees centigrade but that dropped and rain, heavy rain and 2 bursts of torrential rain was the order of the day from 2pm onwards. I also had a head cold. ALL OF THE ABOVE LEADS ME TO STATE... WHAT AN INVESTMENT THIS HAT IS! The peak kept out the morning sun. Very useful when on a forklift truck. The lining kept my head warm... without sweating. The lining remained dry after the 3 hours of the formentioned rains. The pull cable at the back allows me to tighten the fit to perfect. The chin strap let's me remove the hat without worrying of where to put it. I also like the ear padding, I found reduced noise levels a little too. Again, useful when on a noisy FLT. I cannot praise this hat enough.

Comfortable and versatile
Comfortable inner fleece. Ok in light rain but Haven’t been in heavy rain yet so don’t know if the outer layer is waterproof yet. Adjustable chinstrap and drawstring adjuster at back. If outer proves to be waterproof then would buy it again. Covers ears well and is comfortable fit. Not fully wind proof but not bad (most of my bobble hats aren’t fully windproof either).

It is described as baseball style but the cap has soft cap finish.

For the money this is a fantastic piece of kit absolutely love this cap. Warm dry wind proof. Bought the orange one to be seen walking the dog at night. But I’ll be buying more in other colours..
