The tray was slightly broken from one end
Good quality kettle but cheap quality tray and even broken..I might have exchang it or return but I didn't have time for it

Very poor quality
1. The seive (chalni) is too small, so you have to add a lot of water for it to be in contact with the tea leaves and everything. The seive material is also bad quality.2. The kettle broke quickly, it was on the stove for only two minutes and blasted.
