Bought this for my girlfriend and she really liked it. The inner glass filter chamber thing arrived cracked, but the opening fits with the typical stainless steel tea infusers you can buy for 3 bucks from aliexpress or ebay (~12 bucks on amazon). Have had it for 7 months now and none of the other parts have broken
