I purchased the Scooper Luxury Pro-X from CatLink for our two cats based off a highly encouraged review from my son. If you are looking to put those days of scooping nasty litter boxes behind you then you need to definitely purchase this product. I have loved this product from day one and it seriously relieves the stress of cleaning litter box when away.In the past, I would scoop the cat litter box 2 times a day and if traveling hire a family member or neighbor to help with litter patrol. Setup is a breeze and you have complete control at your fingertips or via the CatLink app (Android/IOS). I love the freedom of complete control and remote management through the app with setup of custom alerts to your mobile device where you get notified when the cats comes, carbon filter life, cat litter quantity, and when the bin is full and filter needs changed.As far as cleanup, it’s a breeze… all you do is pull out the lower bin (refer to attached photo), remove the bag and toss it and then replace it with a new bag. You can setup manual clean or I use the auto clean feature where you can set duration after no cat detected in the bin and control the speed of rotation. Trust me your cat will thank you especially being able to go to its business in fresh litter all the time. My only regret is not purchasing the ramp which helps control litter on floor, but provides easier access for your cat…recommend you purchase it and take advantage of the wide array of accessories available via the CatLink App Store. Trust me you will love it and your cats will love you back!! -:)

Update 4/30/2025, "Great":Customer service was only an issue due to a computer system glitch. The customer service Rep that I was in contact with direcy was fantastic and quick with getting my warranty replacements shipped. I do love this litter box and so do my cats. I am very satisfied that customer service took the time to apologize, respond and get both replacements. They confirmed that replacements are always new. I updated my star raring to 5 stars since customer service work very hard to make contact and make everything right. And because this litter box has been great4/25/2025 "Good until it's not":In the beginning this was fantastic. But after two deep cleans, its been having nothing but issues. Customer service is hit and miss and wants videos and pictures via email. Can't get it to re-calibrate for weight, and I've tried every possible way they've told me. This model in particular now says the cats are in the box for 600Seconds... They never stay in there beyond 150seconds at the most. Customer service tells me to unplug for 1 minute and then let it go through its cycle, that only helped with resetting the triggered error of "cat hasn't left". I have taken both apart several times.Oh and urine some how always gets on the top piece that comes off. How?!? Its not like it can splash up there.The clumps always pile up on the left, so I have to shake the trash bin every few days to level it so I'm not wasting bags.The smell is better than other litter robots but it really doesn't do as advertised.I asked for a full refund or brand new upgraded replacements. We shall see what happens

I thought that the best part of owning this litter box was not having to scoop cat litter every day but I was wrong. The best part of owning a CatLink Cat box is that you are saving enough money each month to make it start earning you money within 3 years. The amount of cat litter that we were using decreased by more than 1/8 and we are saving about $20 per month... Imagine a cat box that smells better, saves(earns) you money, and takes less time... who wouldn't want this? I think that if you have been scooping a cat box before, you know how much work it takes to make your house not smell horrible. This litter box is worth to can have a break from this daily tedium, and overall, you keep your house smelling better while even saving money. It is worth every cent!!!
