Works well, seems good quality and looks great on my porch, especially at night! I really like it.

**Edit** I changed the rating because the company reached out sent replacements. Nothing I appreciate more than good customer service! Still, not technically a CHIME but the lights are gorgeous and this product has been a huge enhancement to my yard lighting!The wind chimes are really pretty but they just don't work for me. The little stars and moons keep falling off and it's a pain to make sure I find them and put them back up before my dogs eat them. Also, I would absolutely NOT categorize this product as a windchime as they don't make any actual sounds. They just light up. I will say when all the moons and stars are on, it looks very cool. I was going to return these as I've had them a few months and just can't get them to stay put together, but the window for return has closed. :(

I bought 2 of these one for my mom and one for my boyfriend's mom for Mother's Day. They are very pretty and for the price they are nice. The one I gave my boyfriends mom works good but the one I gave my mom ended up being defective within a couple days of taking it out of the box the bottom light stopped working. It was just hanging up and nothing happened that would cause it to stop working on our end. I sent a message to their customer service with the order number and pictures per their request and its been a month and a half now with no response back. I have sent messages inquiring as I have not had a response and now another light has stopped working so that is 2 now that don't work and still no response. I will update with a picture of the other light out as I have not had a chance to get another pic yet. I am giving it 3 stars being generous because the other one is really nice and still works but their customer service is severely lacking the fact that I have a defective one and originally had a response from them telling me to send proof and I did and they have just been ignoring me is just awful and my poor mom was raving about how much she loved it when she first opened it. I will not purchase from them again for this reason so buy at your own risk as if there is anything wrong with it you will just be stuck with a broken product.
