Q: Would this work on Starbucks outlets that are loose? Are they re-usable?

I don't know about Starbuck's outlets. But many of the outlets in my apartment are so loose as to be unusable, even if I pinched the prongs closer together - I was buying wall-mount surge protectors to the outlets usable. The Snug Plugs work great. You insert it by sliding the two bars into the socket is tighter thereby making the plug is more secure. They are invisible once inserted and can be re-used. I leave mine in place, but i think they would last a fairly long time if you slip them in and out without bending/flexing them too much.

Q: What are these made of? Im concerned about melting/fire

Plastic. I use these in outlets in a dog grooming salon where we use high velocity dryers with plugs that heat up after extended use. The plastic is fine and does not melt. They perform exactly as I hoped/expected.

Q: can these be used with a space heater ?

Yes you should have no issues with using a space heater.

Q: How many of you only received a 4-pack?

I only received 1 pk of 4 and should have been 8.
