My daughter told me about this so I ordered it. I just happened to order the wrong package. I was supposed to order the 1&2 package but I not thinking ordered this one. I lightened my hair and then put both packets on my hair and let me tell you, my hair was soft, not frezzy, don't dry, I really liked the way it helped my dry hair become human again. So my mistake was my gain. I will definitely buy this product again soon but I will also buy the right packet next time I lighten my hair. A little bit goes along way.
