Gosh! Prologue was quite harrowing, Torie was really put through an awful ordeal, how she survived was a miracle.I loved her strength and will to live and not give up, not only that but her focus and determination to get her life back and not let what happened stop her from doing things she loved. She was so easy to love and invest in as a reader. Then throw Cooper into the mix. He has watched his brothers fall and become protective, over the top alphas over their partners, not seeing the why or how. Meeting Torrie the attraction is there but when he comes to her rescue and actually gets to know her, then he starts to get the idea. The story is intense, but there is banter and softness. Lots of caring and getting to know each other, sharing hobbies and interests. It's a read that gripped me and had me turning the pages, having read all the previous books I already knew a bit about all the characters so was invested in the outcome. JS Scott really does romance, but she also sneaks in a bit of suspense, action and excitement to keep a little bit of an edge and some heart stopping moments, always guaranteed a wonderful escape to just sink into and enjoy.

This is another exciting book in the series. Victoria or 'Torie' and Cooper are the next two in the line o next stories. I recommend the book and the series.Torie's brother called Cooper and told him that she was in trouble while hiking so Cooper went after her. She had a bad ankle but the year before she had been captured and tortured in Peru in the jungle.Cooper didn't do relationships but he was madly attracted to Torie and he knew she'd be trouble for hi, so he avoided her whenever possible. But with her hurt Cooper had to look af5ter her.The stories gets more exciting from there.

I really enjoyed Torie and Cooper story. With the right person love is easy. This series is one that I can read over and over again.

Too bad he is so unlucky in love. First of two females recruited into Lost Hope private hostage salvation staffed by ex Army Rangers, Navy Seals and other highly trained military men including Coopers two brothers who started the volunteer group along with Tories 2 older brothers and lead by Marshall. Cooper is ambivalent at first but soon he becomes enmeshed in the PTSD and unresolved traumas of Tories' kidnapping that left her with almost every bone in her body broken. Just coming out of a year of physical and emotional rehab, she is not as whole as she appears. This duo chemistry is magic and so hot and so compassionate. It is a love story for the ages. This is the 17th book in this series of men related through complicated relationships of their parentage.

I loved the story of Cooper. He made me want to be there for him, to show him that he mattered more than his name and money. He was such a sensitive soul on top of all that genius. And brave little Torie. I love the little sister dynamic you web into these magnificently strong handsome and quite romantic cavemen.Thanks for giving the world a glimpse of my beautiful hometown of San Diego and the delicious restaurants. I am enjoying how you give us a glimpse as to who the next female lead will be. Wish I could be one of those very close friend of the family. Looking forward to continuing the series. Now onto Chase and Savanah.

The story is fast moving and keeps your interest. This is an amazing story that ties these friends lives together as they find the !oves of their lives.

J.S. Scott is a fantastic writer. I have loved every one of these books in the series. I can’t wait to read the last one. It will be torture to wait til I think December to read the last one. If you haven’t read any of these books, Start now!!

Another fantastic read from the brilliant J.S. Scott! I’ve followed this Author from the start of her Billionaire’s Obsession journey and book 17 didn’t disappoint. The youngest and final Montgomery brother has found his forever love with Tori. Looking forward to reading about Tori’s brothers in the next books to follow.

A great love story with lots of twists and turns, this book gave a different perspective on the usual romance novel.

This author never disappoints, another awesome addition to this fantastic series. I loved the characters chemistry as they got to know each other. Great storyline, well written. Eagerly awaiting the next book.

I’ve been waiting for this book to come out as I love this billionaire series. Such a great read the touches some relevant aspects of our society and the live of the peoples of impoverished areas of the world as so many other books of this series. I love how all the stories get intermingled with each other and there’s fluidity within the books. I’ll be most definitely be reading the next book.
