I had misplaced the spaetzle maker I had used for years and needed one quickly.Received in a few days and packaging was good. It also included a recipe which I decided to try. I liked it better than the recipe I had been using.This spaetzle maker was a bit wider, heavier and very well constructed. This one has a stainless press, much preferred over plastic.Very pleased that it was a bit easier to clean as well.Decent price point.Very satisfied with purchase!

I actually bought this as a gift for a friend who had tried to make spetzle for the first time without this handy gadget. After the first time, while it was delicious, preparation was so laborious, she did not think she would ever make it again. I waited awhile before I posted a review to see how she liked it. That girl makes spetzel all the time now that she has this awesome little tool, she loves it! To the seller, thank you for the extra care you put into packaging, the sweet note and the stickers (which she directly proceeded to put on her laptop cover). We all love your product, we get together as friends and make dinner quite a bit, this little tool is a hit when we make spetzle! 🙏😊

I was looking for a well made and easy to use Spätzle maker and this is it! The recipe makes perfect Spätzle even from the very first try. This Spätzle maker is very sturdy and fits over a pot and stays put! The price was reasonable for such an awesome Spätzle maker! Highly recommend. I feel like we are back in Austria eating Wiener Schnitzel and Spätzle.

My Mother in Law always made Spaetzle for us. I’m now a Grama. My turn for Spaetzle. Can’t find the implement. Go to Amazon. There it is. Price so low I was afraid I made a mistake. NOT!!! So well made. Very few pieces. How to instructions presented easy to follow. I seldom post but this was unique and a nice suprise.

I read a couple of reviews from other similar products and the general complaint was that it was flimsy. This one is much sturdier than expected and fits perfectly over my cast iron Dutch oven. The bottom as a small “hook” that keeps it from sliding all over the place.

My heritage is Polish and my mother-in-law is German. I remember as a child my Polish grandma making these yummy Klushki, and my mother-in-law would make spatzle with her Sauerbraten. When I saw this I was excited to try it! It doesnt disappoint!! I love it and use it all the time....and I remember my family!

So far I`ve used this Spaetzle maker once and it performed wonderfully. The only negative thing I have observed is the construction of the dough carrier. It is one piece of stainless formed in an oblong square and where the ends meet at the reverse crimp is not done properly and does not fit into the groove engineered into the plastic holder. It nonetheless, works as advertised.

Never knew how easy making spaetzels could be !!! My mom and sister would put the dough on a plate, and with a knife, cut pieces of the dough into a pot of boiling water. They were delicious BUT I thought, there has to be a better way. Well, this is the answer...I felt like I died and went to heaven. This spaetzle maker is absolutely the best kitchen gadget I have purchased in a long time. It also includes the classic spaetzle recipe which is top notch. I see many dinners that include spaetzels in my future !
