This Jack Boss 3-ton low profile floor jack is absolutely excellent. The aluminum and steel construction makes it surprisingly light for a 3-ton jack, yet it feels rock solid and built to last. The low profile design gets under my vehicles with ease—even my lowered truck is no problem. The dual piston system is a game changer. This thing lifts FAST compared to my old single-piston jack. What used to take forever now takes seconds, which is a huge time-saver whether I'm doing quick jobs or more involved work. The lift is smooth and controlled throughout the entire range. The build quality is impressive—tight tolerances, smooth operation, and quality components throughout. The wheels roll easily across my garage floor, and the handle extends far enough for comfortable operation. The safety features inspire confidence when working under the vehicle. I've used this on everything from my truck to my trailer, and it handles every job effortlessly. This jack works for my car with 5-1/2 inch ground clearance. When placing the order, I calculated its min height, plus thickness of the puck. In theory the jack should work. The unknown parts were manufacturing variations, human... Once it arrived, I put it to work. The jack was well designed and manufactured with precision. With this jack, I rotated all four tires in thirty minutes. It worked.

Very solid. Seems good quality. Very easy to use. Very heavy but this is what I would expect from a quality machine.

It's a very nice looking bit of kit, good looking and ready for action. It's packaged well and the box it was in very good shape from UPS, considering it's not only heavy, sixty pounds plus shipping weight, but also large. The jack itself, without the two piece jacking handle, attached is 50 lbs, which is light and the jack has carrying handles on both of its sides making lifting and carrying much easier. It's much lighter, by almost 50%, than my old iron workhorse from the 70s. Just lifted one half of my 2 ton plus Kia Niro EV using just the lower half of the handle. A word of caution to anyone new to using floor jacks do NOT overtighten the handle bleed valve. It's fine thread and so lightly tighten with one hand and it will remain very easy to let down the vehicle at a crawl, millimeters per second. Overtighten, groove the bleed screw and it may never be able to drop down slow again, one hand to tighten, one hand to loosen that's all ever.

Seems like a heavy duty jack. In spite of the box being open when it arrived everything was there when I put it together.

It’s lovely aside from what I deem a critical failure: there is no company to contact if you have an issue. Amazon will put you in a circular hell, and the company does not have a phone, email, or mailing address. Amazon will happily link you to a site that doesn’t exist, in fact. I’d like to get a pin replaced as it came severely bent. Heck, I’d buy one, since I’m plenty happy with the jack and its value relative to the competition and how it otherwise satisfies my needs. But having a floor jack arrive with an obviously compromised structural integrity (that “pin” exists for a reason, I’m sure) is a nonstarter when there isn’t a way to get help from the manufacturer. Pay the extra $10-$20 for a brand that can ship you a part if you’re in a bind. I’m pretty confident I’ll have to contact another manufacturer in the hopes that this overall design is commoditized enough that I can use a part from a different 3-ton jack. Honest truth, this is probably a five-star jack, to me, if not for the inability to get any level of support.
