Men's Akron Side Zip Steel Toe Safety Boot

I went through all kinds of safety boots and trainers, and I can honestly say, that these are the best by far! Not too heavy, very, very comfortable, high quality materials used, they look and feel durable. Thanks to the side zipper (also heavy duty) you can put them on/take them off in no time! I wear them in average 10h a day and barley notice that I've them on. Sole is flexible enough to safely operate pedals of any vehicle. Unfortunately when wet, they can become slippery on certain surfaces. Also they're not very breathable and during summer weather feet can get hot and sweaty, but I guess that's the price for their water resistance feature (I don't think they're fully waterproof). Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase, strong 9/10 (room for improvement ;))

As described. Perfect for a size 9. Seems extremely sturdy. Keeps my feet dry when raining. Would have preferred composite but steel protection is just as good. Great value for these boots, love the zip on the side saves messing with the laces although I have found they slide off and on even without using the zip.

Its been nearly 2 years of very hard use and they have now finally burst. ill be getting another pair exactly the same as they are without a doubt the most comfortable work boots I've used in 20 years. I've treated them very badly, left them wet for days and covered them in concrete repeatedly. I suspect that if you do a lighter trade like carpentry or girly stuff like electrics, these would last much longer. Overalll excellent.

Really good quality and good value for money. Comfortable to wear but not as wide as I expected. The side zip is strong and makes it easy to get them on and off. They feel quite heavy but I am comparing them to my hiking boots that don't have the same strength.

Got these for a warehouse Job and I wear them even when not at work, they lasted just over a year before coming apart which is very good in my experience. Most boots I get only last half as long. They have protected my feet from many dropped weights and been worked hard while being comfortable so I would reccomend them.

I bought these for the side zip, do I can whip them off, without the phaff of laces. They're great, look great, whilst protecting your tootsies, and are really comfortable. Given they're steel toe caps, they don't feel to heavy or clunky. I'm pleased with them , and for the price I paid, definitely value for money.

I work in a factory, I do 10 hour shifts and I walk about 10 miles per day. I have had these on for 1 week and have covered 50 miles in them. They are without a doubt the most comfortable boot I have owned, arch support is great and the foam inserts are really comfortable. They do not sweat your feet so they are quite breathable. The zipper on the side is really convenient. Build quality seems to be good although I haven't had them long enough to comment on durability. Size wise I went a size up from my everyday shoes and they fits perfect
