I got these for my 3-year-old who has falling ankles and arches. They are not the cutest shoes but she does have people tell her they like them and one lady stated she had no idea they were orthopedic shoes and just assumed they were sandals. The shoes themselves are made very well and have tight seams and lots of padding or cushioning. They are made very well and appear of high quality. I showed a picture of her ankles after just one month of wearing them and I see a visual difference in her ankles! I was told that she needs to wear 24 hours a day for three months straight; however, we all like to be comfortable so we decided that if she is out of bed and not in the bath then she is to wear them. Even if she has to wear them longer, we love them! I highly recommend these for any parent who is concerned for their child's feet and future problems. They seem to be doing exactly what they stated to do. Love them and again recommend them!
