High Quality Hose Repair Fitting
I was very happy when I received this pair of fittings. They are very high quality, much better than the plastic fittings the big box stores sell. The inner portion that goes in the hose is brass and the clamping portion metal as well .Very easy to attach to the hose and no leaks upon completion .Very happy.

Fits variety of hose sizes
I have this on an extra large hose (maybe 3/4 or larger?). The barbed fitting slide in a bit too easily so I wrapped it with plumbers tape for a slightly better fit (but still loose). The metal collar then clamped on well and screws tightened it sufficiently that at full pressure, the fitting does not leak. This worked well and is of apparent high quality. Much better (and cheaper) than the local hardware store versions (mostly plastic).

Hose repair
After running over my house with the lawnmower has replace the end of the hose and only needed the male end, and this was just what I need, easy to use and fits perfectly would recommend for anyone to use!
