I WERE IT WHEN I WORK OUT AND IT REALLY MAKES YOU SWEAT. ONLY PROBLEM, WHEN I WASHED AND LET AIR DRY, IT'S NOW MORE OF A SHIRT. DOESN'T HELP WITH SWEAT.
