A godsend for THE IBS and low FODMAP population
These are just the best. For those of us who need gut-friendly products, manufactured with high standards and rigid adherence to low FODMAP and IBS guidelines, these are a godsend. It’s a great company, with many important good products tailored to the IBS and low FODMAP population. And they are delicious. Four favors - all good.

ALLERGEN WARNING - Peanuts
BUYER BEWARE: Fody Foods was suggested by my Dietitian. It is supposed to be an almond coconut bar. Nowhere on this Fody ad does it mention peanuts. I am allergic to peanuts. Because it is considered a "food" item, though processed and individually wrapped and box is not open, it is not returnable.

Do you like peanuts?
I felt like this product’s description was misleading. The first ingredient is peanuts so rather than an almond or coconut taste, you primarily taste the peanuts. That would have been OK but I had an immediate reaction in my gut to this bar. I was surprised because I ordered these after having been gifted the blueberry bars and they are delicious and safe for IBS. The salad dressings are very good, too. So, I have no explanation for the nut bars, which tasted good, but they just didn’t work for me.

Good product- not to my taste
This is a safe product for me to eat - not everything that says “low FODMAPs” is, so that’s important. But I didn’t really like the stickiness and the amount of coconut. Just not to my taste. I want to try another flavor, but at the price, I’m not wasting any of these, and it will take me some time to eat them!

Good low food map bar
If you are looking for a low fodmap bar this should be good for you. Bar tastes good and has a lot of nuts. However as far as a regular energy bar goes I am not a fan of the brown rice syrup sweetener.

Delicious snack bar for those with IBS and other food related issues
This tasty snack bar contains almonds and coconut and is lactose free and gluten free. As I have IBS and lactose issues, I was delighted to find this snack bar that I can tolerate. Everything that I have tried with the Fody brand has been well tolerated. I will definitely order a box of 15 bars again. Flavourful and good value for the price.

Delicious and a great snack
I tried these for the first time and I think they are delicious! It is a bit pricey on "Amazon" but if you enjoy your granola bars to be light and chewy with some texture, then I would highly recommend these :)
