Perfect for making sourdough bread!

The bowl is beautiful, but expensive. When it arrives (well before expected!), the packaging was pretty flimsy. I was shocked it was in one piece having traveled across the ocean. But I noticed a few places where the glaze was either missing or where there was a scratch in the glaze. Because it's an expensive piece, I was planning on returning it, but the seller offered me 50% off, which I thought was very fair. I now have a slightly-defective but still beautiful bowl at a fair price. I was very happy with the seller's response, and when I emailed the manufacturer regarding whether the defects were just part of the glazing process (I want to be fair), they responded quickly. Overall, I'm very happy. Now I just have to start baking more and use it and my new stand mixer. (Too much Great British Baking Show!!)

My wife wanted a large mixing bowl and this is the one she picked. Ours came from the UK so needless to say I was a bit apprehensive that it would be broken when it got here. Surprisingly it wasn't, it was wrapped securely and arrived much sooner than I expected. Will buy another one she's looking at!

I have three of these beautiful bowls in graduated sizes, and use them all for mixing, microwave cooking and serving. They live side-by-side in a glass-fronted kitchen cabinet, and they spruce up the kitchen a little! I've had these bowls for months now. and I use them just about every day for something. So far, not a scratch nor a chip nor a crack! I highly recommend these beauties!

The edges are slightly broken

I love Mason Cash and this is a beautiful bowl but I feel like the shipper should have seen this flaw and it should have been a discounted item not full price. I kept it because I needed it the next day. Still very pretty.

Love it. Perfect size for sourdough bread making and a great weight. Not too heavy but heavy enough not to move around a lot. Looks great too!
