The product came cracked , basically money into air

Screen looks good but after less than a week of use it’s already full of scratches and sensitivity is reduced, not working touch screen sometimes. Disappointed

This is suppose to be a privacy screen and it has zero privacy from any angle. Also all I received was the screen protector. No installation accessories at all.

Theirs is no dust collector. Now, there are dust particles on my screen

Best screen protector I’ve ever used! The matte finish makes it easy to read my phone, and it doesn’t show fingerprints. This is the second time I’ve purchased it (first time was for a previous phone and it protected that phone through many drops!) I was using the screen protector that came with my phone case, but the shiny finish reflected a lot of glare and was always smudged. Then I searched my purchase history and found this one again - yay! I would like to add an extra star for the exemplary customer service! The installation process is pretty straightforward (watch the video!) but I accidentally damaged the item as I was putting it on my phone (butterfingers, not a defect). I emailed the customer service address on the product package and they responded quickly. After I explained what happened they asked for my order # and promptly replied saying I would receive a replacement in 3-5 days. Outstanding! I actually feel a little guilty because the item arrived intact and broke as I was putting it on, but the message in the product insert invited customers to reach out if the product was damaged and I decided to try. All in all, great product and awesome customer service!! Thank you!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It does NOT last. The first one lasted two days. I ordered a second one thinking maybe I did something wrong, same story. It broke in the second week. For the price, the quality is shocking. Honestly, Kmart screen protectors hold up better. Wouldn’t recommend.

Please refer to my attached video for additional detail, but here's the TL;DW (too long, didn't watch 🙂) version: Pros: - perfect matte finish, looks and feels great - easy installation (I'm terrible at applying these things and just about nailed it in one go!) - excellent value Cons/Caution: - unfortunately had a crack in the glass straight throught the middle of the screen right out of the box... I considered returning to have it replaced, but frankly couldn't be bothered with the hassle that would cost me more in time than the product itself is worth. In fairness, it's hardly noticeable when the screen is on - I'd strongly recommend going for the two-pack -- for the modest additional cost, someone will end up making use of it eventually. Don't be like me -- it always seems to rain on those proverbial days when I forget to grab an umbrella. 😄 Overall, general sentiments expressed by others seem fair and consistent with my experience. Really happy with the product itself, just seems like there may be a little quality control lacking that's allowing the odd reject to slip through without detection. Great value overall and would buy it again... and it'll be a 2-pack next time. 😉 UPDATE: A new crack developed not long after this was posted. I reached out to the team to inquire about the warranty — honestly, I didn’t think I’d even receive a reply. I was beyond impressed when I not only heard back, but also that it was: a) FAST (under 24 hrs), b) genuine/apologetic, c) offered a replacement, no questions asked, d) simple, e) produced a resolution — a replacement, no need to return the original — that showed up faster than many suppliers can even get the initial shipment out the door. Super impressed. Pretty basic stuff, but very rare to see these days and therefore stands out all-the-more. Review upgraded from 4 to 5 with my thanks (note: the seller made no mention of this review at any point, nor did they request this update - that too is commendable).
