The vegetable capsule is incredible also with no gluten, no SOY, no allergens, just rice flour as the filler. Many supplements are contained in gelatin and for some digesting this creates inflammation not to mention is not halal or vegetarian. Hypoallergenic, very potent variety of probiotics.
