I have two 14 year old Pomeranian Yorkies - a male and a female. They have both slowed down a lot recently, specifically my male, Squirt. My female is more active than he is but she has always had stomach issues and so I have had to be very careful what I feed them. Recently, I came across this food when searching for something healthy, affordable, and something that would help give my pups a little more energy. After a few weeks on this food, my male dog was acting like a puppy again. This food is fantastic for him and tolerated well by my female, Reba, too. After I kept running out of the food - it is expensive for us - I tried switching to another brand - instinct - to save a little money. It did not have the same effect as Grandma Mae’s so I switched back. I wish they offered a much larger bag than 3 pounds and that it was a little more affordable so I could just feed all 3 of my dogs this by itself. I tried using it as a topper for them but that didn’t work for too long. My dogs started to pick though the food just to eat this and I was throwing away a lot of dry food. Overall, this is a great product and my dogs love it. I am forever grateful to have my babies acting like puppies again and getting all the nutrients they need! Excellent product!

My dog can be quite picky when it comes to food, but he loves Grandma Mae's Country Natural dog food! This food is full of natural ingredients like cage-free chicken, pasture raised grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as wholesome grains like rice and oats. It also has added vitamins and minerals to help keep my pup healthy and happy. The food is made without any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, and it has a great taste that my pup loves. He gets excited when I bring out the bag of Grandma Mae's Country Natural dog food, and it's the only food he seems to really enjoy. I'm so glad I found this great dog food that my pup loves and that I can trust.

Doxie approved. We needed to switch protein due to dogs itching and this has been such a great choice for my picky eater. No more itching either! Highly recommend.

I have 3 dogs with 3 different protein and ingredient sensitivities. What works well for one dog rarely agrees with another in the pack. I've been looking for something that my Cattle Dog could eat besides Steve's Real Food and came across this brand. I didn't have high hopes since my dog cannot tolerate 95% of the foods that are commercially available, but she surprised me. I'm very pleased to report that my dog can in fact eat and even enjoys this food. So I'm finally able to add something different to her rotation without worrying about her stool getting soft due to stomach upset. I may try this food out with one of my other dogs. Would be nice if I could have at least 2 of them on the same diet rotation. :-)

One of the only treats my dog devours even after 2 years of enjoying them. She usually gets bored of treats after a few months and rarely comes back to a past treat with enthusiasm. She has never gotten tired of these and eats them regularly.

My two small dogs would not eat dog food, I’ve tried the most expensive, including human food-they refused strip steak! But this food? They eat…….i would definitely recommend, it’s expensive but they eat it!
