Like the material well built and belt does give support. Not uncomfortable, however, not so comfortable as to forget it’s on. Pretty much same as with all supporting devices. The belt fits pretty much as in picture and I wear on hips 36 and the extra straps meet up right in the middle. First time with sciatica and any help with the pain is greatly appreciated. This belt is probably as good as any. The only problem for me, as with any of these belts, is I have to remove the belt to access pant pockets as I prefer wearing over clothing as under clothing would be just a little too bulky IMHO. All in all happy with quality, price and service. Would purchase again. Best of luck to all in need of this type of support for relief.

This belt is easy to put on and take off - you can make it as tight as you want to get the amount of support that you need. Because of the width, this belt can be placed exactly where you need it without restricting other adjacent muscles/bones. The inside is very comfortable - breathable and soft without making you too warm if you wear it for a long period of time. This belt is the best one I've worn.

I get hip pain and the pressure it creates while wearing helps my pain.

I've had several of these belts over the years and this one is my favorite. It's super adjustable and the Velcro has outlasted both of my others. I also love the anti-slip liner. This belt really stays in place no matter what I'm wearing. I would highly recommend it!

Doesn’t stay in place, difficult to put on and take off

It is very comfortable. Back feels so much better immediately upon putting it on. Tighten it up and keep it on a few hours. It makes a hugh difference in my day and in my life. Can't say enough good things about it. Just GREAT

This belt was a great idea however, the life expectancy is short. All seams tore within 2 weeks. Very disappointing!!!!

I loved this and found it did help. However, 35 days later, it is coming apart, and I am past my 30 day window for returns.
