Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water - PlayStation 4

First of all… this is the first Fatal Frame game I’ve ever played and it’s easily my all time favorite horror game. A masterpiece in horror, art and video games in my opinion. I also ordered my copy from the PlayAsia storefront here on Amazon.. not only did it arrive in perfect condition and faster than expected they included some free stickers! I can’t wait to order more from them and their site in the future!

I have always loved the Fatal Frame Series! Fatal Frame : Maiden of Black Water is the newest addition to my Collection! I am about 2 Hours in and I love everything about the game, except trying to turn your character around is troubling something because of the camera angle, but other than that I enjoy it.

All writing is in chinese with no English translation for options or subtitles. so I have to use Google translate to know how to work the game! At least the talking is English, there was a voice translation between Japanese and English. All menus are in Chinese. Is there a script or something so I can understand what is going on in this game?

now, to be all fair, i found a way through the menus (with the help of trusty google translate) to change it to english but YOU ARE PAYING FOR A USA CASE and a SLIGHTLY updated version of the game disc, if you do not have a taiwanese or chinese playstation regioned account you will not be able to get the ps5 upgrade, other that this, game runs and looks amazing, can’t wait for more

The game came brand new. At first it was in full Japanese but we changed the settings to English. The game is really unique and I've had a lot of fun playing it.

What this seller completely fails to mention is that game is NOT IN ENGLISH. There is no option for English subs and all of the menus and text in general are in Japanese. Somehow despite that, there is NO MENTION of this in the listing. Now I'm stuck with a game I can't play. Very misleading. Buyers beware.
