A: yes,  you can sand it

**Q: Is this water proof and can it be used on metal?**
A: Or covered the metal hardware on the cabinets I painted pretty well.  I don’t know about being water proof

My fiance loves this paint! I have used it many times over the years but he had never worked with it and he was impressed with the quality and coverage at such an affordable price. One can goes quite far and there is really minimal, if any, odor to it. I really love that it takes very little time to dry and this particular brand and line has been consistent across the years I've used it. No complaints!
