Apart from it taking rather long to arrive, once we received it, the performance was excellent. Ease of use is important too. Where do we get squeegee blades from?

The suction power is okay. The products just stopped working after barely a month and I barely used it. The self cleaning function doesn’t actually clean it. I take it in my backyard after each use to wash it well or else it wont be cleaned well (stay away from any electric parts). The battery drains too fast for me for my house. I contacted the seller to find me a solution so I don’t leave a bad review, but they never replied. Just bad.

Update - the unit is now broken and did not last a year. Unit turns on but immediately shuts off. There is no customer service for support. This was a good product when it worked. Buy something else.For the price, this unit is hard to beat.What I like:- cordless - the kids prefer this to our other vacuum since they don't have to worry about the cord when they do different rooms- pretty light- good suction - worked really well with both carpet and tile- self-cleaning mode - my wife liked this feature since we don't have to always have to clean the brush every time we use the unit- easy to use - for the wash feature, just add water and cleaning pod (or some other cleaning liquid) and you're in business- inexpensive - for what this unit offers, it's hard to beat- extras - got an extra roller, cleaning brush, filter, and cleaning pods. Who doesn't like that?What I wish was better:- battery life - 25 minutes is not too long especially if I'm using the wash feature but this is more my issue since I take my time. For $150-$200 less than other vacuums with slightly longer run times of about 5 more minutes, it's a no brainer. This Lunaglow Nano is a much better and smarter buy.

I hate mopping floors, so prior to getting this Lunaglow, I just never did. I did it once when I moved in and never again. I vacuumed and swept regularly so it didn't seem that bad, but after using the Lunaglow, I realized how much dust I never could get rid of...until now. This product makes light work of mopping, and eliminates my problem with all mop products always feeling like there is dirty water being spread around the house. The self cleaning roller is a joy to watch and experience. I honestly do enjoy mopping now - a bit ridiculous.The voice commands are a bit loud, which I understand is because the vacuum is loud, but I kind of think they didn't need the voice command and could have just had the screen tell you what was going on. And the roller of course can only go so far so the corners and edge of the rooms you still have to do by hand, but I wasn't doing them before anyway, so no big (though there is a noticeable diff between where the mop went and where it didn't- hah).It comes with an extra roller (sweet!) and some cleaning packets (I didn't use) and a hepa filter, along with a sponge filter- and I have no idea why I would use one vs the other.Dumping out the dirty container was easy but I do wish it came with a screener or something because I have to figure a way to catch all the big pieces while I pour the water down the drain. It would be nice if there were a better holder for the vacuum itself and all its pieces while things dry before using again - I can imagine things getting mildewey if you don't let them properly dry before putting it away. The instruction manual was not the best - it didn't explain the extra sponge filter nor did it explain much about all the parts and what they were for.Overall it was light and easy to maneuver and a million times better than hangs and knees mopping or any of those regular mop products. My place is so much less dusty!! and my feet are so much happier.

Only two years old, my Lunaglow Nano has stopped working.The Lunaglow customer support URL takes you to a scam site ("Your Android may be infected with a virus!).The Lunaglow customer support number is out of service.Why isn't Amazon vetting these sellers?

After researching for days we ended up choosing this is model. Glad we did works great. Our only complaint is the voice activation doesn't stay off when plugged in. It is a VERY loud lady randomly announcing she is charging and again finished. We turned off the switch for the voice but does't stay off. We just recharge and unplug it. It is super satisfying and dare I say fun to use. It misses corners and just beside the walls but worth it.
