After 2 months, the capsules went bad. The capsules does not contain powder form any longer but rather rock solid substance that cannot be broken down so easily. I had to trash twice the whole home made yoghurt, very disappointed.

I have only used it twice to make one of the Super Gut recipes. Very satisfied so far. It taste like Pamesan Reggaino cheeze. Will be making more soon.

I love Mercola products so when I saw this I thought what the heck. I'll try it. I've lost about 6 lbs. I really didn't expect it to do anything. I take this along with his other probiotic, which I've taken for years.
