I have gone through a lot of supplements, looking for a natural appetite suppressant (e.g., garcinia gambogia, green coffee bean, green tea extract, raspberry ketone, to name a few others). This hoodia product actually works well for me, and the others did not. I take a pill as soon as I rise in the morning, and don't feel hunger after that -- I do eat, but much less.Been using it less than a month, and have lost 2 inches from my waist.

Doesn't work. But there is no miracle pills. Good vitamins

I read about Hoodia and saw a 60 Minutes segment on it. It hit the stores and it was easy to get. Then it wasn't available. I have lost weight and kept it off. I have a tendency to snack in the middle of the day. Hoodia GENTLY kills that craving.

I have used Hoodi many times, and it always works to suppress appetite. This product does NOT do the job. I have actually compared to to others: one day this product, next day another.The difference was huge. Buy something else, NOT this.
