Two different throttle quadrants are shown in pictures. Which is it?

There is a bit of confusion because the pictures show both the version 2 ( silk-screened markings ) and the version 1 ( no markings ) of the Bravo Quadrant. You'll most-likely receive the Quadrant with the silk-screened markings on the quadrant base. The Bravo comes with TWO sets of handles, the tan ones for commercial jets and the blue/red ones for general aviation. An additional set of handles is sold separately specifically for the Airbus A319 to A380 with more planned to match other popular commercial aircraft.

Does it work with Xbox X?

No, not this version, there is a new Xpc version that is being pre-sold on there website, which starts shipping mid September, it will be compatible with Xbox One, Xbox One X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X, they also have there own pedals that are also in pre-sale/reservation. Check out there website for the new version and new pedals coming soon.
