Great customer service
This product worked perfectly and did a good job with my acrylic nails. Unfortunately the handpiece drill randomly stopped working a few days ago. The seller was quick to contact me and try and help as much as she could. She offered me a full refund for the product as we couldn't manage to fix it. 5* customer service and would purchase from them again!

Excellent product and customer service
I love that this drill is quiet, has both forward and reverse, and is super asy to change the speed. I had an amazing experience with customer service. After 2 years of working perfectly my handset seemed to develop a short in the wiring so at some angles the drill would stop rotating. I emailed them and they asked for a video so they can see the problem. After i sent the video they got my address and sent me a whole new set for free. They stand by their products so if you have an issue even 2 years down the road they are very easy and fast to reslove problems.
