There is a clasp on the side for opening it. You can open it, put a pompon into it, then spray the oil on the pompon. And this product is brand new and never be opened, so it may be shut a little tight. When first time opening it need greater effort skillfully. If it still can not be opened, you can spray a little lubricant on the clasp.
