I tried these on a whim. Looking for high protein low carb option with the goal of better option for diabetic. I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor is really good, has a pleasant little kick to it. The noodles are a little more chewy than regular ramen but not a deal breaker for me. I have tried the spicy beef and the “chicken” flavors. Both are good to my taste, I went in expecting something different since it’s vegan. The biggest draw for me was that it’s a low carb option but the flavor will have me coming back for more. It’s a bit on the pricier side but it seems like we have to pay more for the healthier food options. I will purchase again. Give it a try you might be surprised like I was.

I saw these featured on YouTube’s Keto Twins & had to try them. I dont agree with their tastebuds on sone stuff so it was hard to shell out the money to try these. I went ahead & got the variety pack in case I didn’t like it maybe a different flavor might make it edible enough to not be a total waste of money. All I can say is wow. The noodle taste & texture for me are absolutely spot on. The packets look just like the maruchan packages. The little seasoning pouch too. The seasonings are just ok. Thats the only part where my brain couldn’t be fooled into thinking I was eating actual ramen. The beef flavor seemed to be the closest though. The chicken was good & was a fairly close match too. The shrimp & pork, not so much, to me anyway. They have more of a bite than ramen as far as spices but they are labeled as spicy beef, spicy chicken, etc so fair warning. Like with all low carb stuff, the price is high. But you’re paying for the lower sodium & carbs & higher protein. As a treat now & then or as a quick meal to me its worth the price. Great find!!

I purchased the spicy beef and was pleasantly surprised at how good the broth was! I didn’t find it spicy but didn’t mind since the taste was so good. I cooked in a microwave per the directions but the noodles seemed like they needed to cook a bit more to soften up, but maybe it’s because they’re plant based. The noodles themselves are not great tasting but definitely not bad and given how much protein they pack I wouldn’t complain. Overall I loved this flavor and look forward to trying some others!

As a physician who loves ramyeon but dislikes simple carbs, this is a hit. The noodle stands up to cooking and has a nice tooth. The taste is unlike regular ramen but is hefty and satisfying with plenty of umami. The protein they pack in these is amazing and makes the price worth it.

If you’re used to unhealthy instant ramen soups totally overloaded with sodium, unhealthy ingredients, and high carb noodles with no nutrient value you’ll definitely be disappointed with this ramen. I didn’t expect this product to taste the same so my assessment is based more on what I think a healthier alternative should strive for. The flavor of the broth is really good, ginger, star anise, and a punchy spice are really the highlights of the soup broth and the overall product. 900 mg’s of sodium is still a lot for one meal, but you’ll still feel like it’s lacking in flavor because we’re so used to double the amount of sodium in regular instant ramen. Even when the noodles are cooked al dente, they still have a more mushy consistency. I’ll eat this product because it still satisfies my ramen craving. Of course adding all your favorite accoutrements to the broth will kick it up a notch. This experience motivated me to try some other brands for comparison too. Overall this product is ok but not great.

Ugh, I'm sorry to have to say it, but these noodles were awful. Believe the other reviewers who said they had a "mouthfeel of wet cardboard". Color, consistency, and flavor- yep- all just like cardboard. I am a ramen lover and have never until now tried a variety of ramen noodles that I ended up not liking. The seasoning flavor was OK, but the noodles were not to my liking at all. It was a chore to finish them. But to be fair, your mileage may vary.
