They are the perfect size for an in-between meal. Oh, and very good.

At 200 calories and 18 cards, the Atkins bar is the best snack/meal substitute I've found. I'm on a very low-carb diet and have spent hours...days...weeks scanning the grocery displays for just this kinds of product. Either they're too high in cards or calories, are so small that eating just one is useless, or they taste terrible. This bar isn't great tasting, but it tastes good. I've met a few fellow diabetics and have been surprised that they all rave about this product too.

These bars are fabulous!!! After eating only one, I am not hungry for the next 4-6 hours. They have just the right amount of chips to protein proportions (they definiteDO NOT SKIMP ON CHIPS!).I have been an Atkins fan since the 1980's.,losing significant lbs. each time I go on the diet. Yeah, I said diet, not lifestyle. This time I have lost almost 60 lbs. by replacing all three meals and snacks with Atkins products. This time I'm taking their advice and making it my new lifestyle. 3 of these meal bars, one snack size, and one snack size Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar. I'm just now adding fruits and salads occasionally (because my husband makes me do it).Bottom line, try this bar, I think you'll love it!After eating these bars you won't be afraid of stepping on that bathroom scale ever again.

These are a great snack and protein source. Imo they are tasty and easy on the stomach. Good source of fiber too.Definitely a better deal than you'll find in the stores! My issue is the delivery. It's summer and crazy hot out! No effort or care was put into trying to preserve these in transit.. they were shipped via ups ground. Wrapped only in a plastic Amazon bag. Upon arrival, not only were both boxes crushed, but the bars were basically all in liquid form! Thankfully Amazon made it right because I couldn't very well return them.. they were completely spoiled and destroyed.. the day of delivery it was 92° f (35°c) the days leading up to delivery were the same..I can only imagine these sitting in a hot UPS truck for all that time🥵 in the past when ordering these, they came in a nice, produce protective box with insulation and ice bags. Never had any issues! This time was completely different..I was shocked that they weren't even packed into an outer box.. very disappointed. Like I said, Amazon made it right.. but hopefully they will take better care when shipping items like this to future customers..
