Good product.Feeling good to know longway is an Indian brand. With going thru various reviews and technical spec comparing with top 10 Gas geyser. I selected this as value for money option. As had old gas geyser to be replaced with this new one, with available pipe n arrangement I did installation myself. It is working fine. Water and gas flow adjustment knobs are easy to operate n useful. So far it is working very fine. flow of hot water is pretty good.

Substandard Product without on site warranty
Product is of very cheap quality & can not rely for safety aspect. There is no standards followed & local & very cheap quality of parts used in building this product. Product does not come with onsite warranty which is a very challanging when we find trouble in this product, throw the product when you are not able to find the technician & parts.
