## Description

BHA (formerly Black Hawk Abrasives) is a professional-grade abrasive brand, built on Long Island, New York, since 2015. These grinder cut-off wheels are made for controlled cutting with compact die grinders and cut-off tools. Each 25-pack contains Type 1 flat wheels measuring 3" x 1/32" x 3/8". The 3-inch diameter suits compact die grinders plus air or electric cut-off tools, while the 3/8-inch arbor hole mounts on a compatible mandrel. No mandrel is included. Every die grinder cut-off wheel is rated to 25,000 RPM. The 1/32-inch body creates a narrow kerf. This thin profile removes less parent material and supports controlled cutting on compact workpieces. A60 aluminum oxide grain sits in a hard BF reinforced resinoid bond. Fiberglass reinforcement supports the wheel body, and a metal-reinforced arbor hole strengthens the mounting point. Use these 3-inch cut-off wheels for metal, stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, aluminum and fiberglass. A 3-inch cutting disc provides access around compact assemblies and close-clearance work where a larger cutting wheel cannot enter. These die grinder wheels are consumable cutting discs, not a cut-off tool or mandrel. A Type 1 wheel is flat and cuts only on its outer edge. Never use this metal cutting disc for face grinding, sanding, weld dressing, or deburring. Do not twist, bind or side-load the wheel. Use the correct guarded tool, verify the mandrel and flange fit the 3/8-inch arbor hole, and never exceed the marked speed. Inspect every cutting wheel before mounting and discard any wheel showing damage. Use the proper guard and personal protective equipment, follow the tool manufacturer's mounting instructions, and never overspeed. The label identifies ANSI B7.1 and EN 12413. This 25-pack keeps cut-off wheels ready for repeated shop, maintenance, and fabrication work.

Review: Good product. - Very good cut off wheels. We use a lot of them. They are expensive from our supplier. These ones last twice as long, and are a third of the price.
Review: Strong and Durable - I was rather impressed with the quality and life-span of these cut off wheels. I have tested one of these wheels by cutting a CV axle in half, grinding an entire lug stud smooth with the wheel hub, and even cutting brake pad backing plates in half. ALL was performed with one cut off wheel and I am still using that same wheel. If you need to cut or grind smooth metal while not wanting to go through wheel after wheel in order to get the job done, these are certainly the cut off wheels for the job. Worth every cent of the asking price and more. 100% recommend in every way.

I was rather impressed with the quality and life-span of these cut off wheels. If you need to cut or grind smooth metal while not wanting to go through wheel after wheel in order to get the job done, these are certainly the cut off wheels for the job.
