About how long would it take to dry if i dipped my fingertips or hands in it to protect nail polish during pool PT?

Not really sure. It does dry rather quickly, and you can speed up the process by using a heat gun or hair dryer. It's not clear when dry, though. Kinda yellow-ish, but not glaringly so.
