The package states a blade case is enclosed, but I do not see one. What am I missing?

I believe the blade case refers to the casing around the blade...what you put your hand on when sliding the cutter along the edge.

does it have a scorer attachable blade?

It does not come with one but I believe you can buy one separately.

Does it have a arm that opens up to measure 12 x12 paper?

I am not sure that I understand your question, but I tell you that the bar with the cutting element does not swing up as is the case of the guillotine type paper cuttings one normally sees.

Carl DC200N is NOT a 15 sheet cutter

Although all the notes on the Carl DC200N cutter say 15 sheets, this unit is only rated for 10 sheets (see photos). I sent my first one back thinking it was a mistake, but the second one came back the same, only 10 sheet capacity. However the cutter works fine, so if this is not an issue for you all is good.

Excellent for photos!

I LOVE this paper cutter! It is very precise, and I love that you can see the cut line through the ruler that holds the page down. That lets you get very precise cuts when you are doing photographs and things like that. 👍

Cut above

At last a cutter that actually cuts square and it is very precise and very quiet to use.
