This Elmhurst pistachio milk is absolutely amazing! I have been looking for something to replace cows milk in my cappuccinos. I have a Gaggia Anima fully automatic cappuccino machine and until now I have not found anything that froths besides cows milk until I tried this brand. It works, it froths!! Plus it is very smooth and not bitter and it pretty much tastes like a regular mocha cappuccino and is thick like milk and not any wateriness! By using this instead of cows milk it can help with my high cholesterol and triglycerides levels. I researched the health benefits of pistachio milk and it looks great. I only wish this brand were organic. Outside of that I will keep buying this brand regardless. These containers have no leakage, very nice packaging. Yummm!

Honestly the only reason I'm rating this 5 stars is because I didn't realize I still had this in the fridge and started using it in my coffee and after I finished it off I realized it was a month expired lol I didn't get sick and it didn't make my coffee taste off, though I didn't use a whole lot in each coffee so that might be why.. But for that reason alone I'm rating it 5 stars but take it with a grain of salt just because I didn't get sick doesn't mean you won't so don't be like me and check your expiration dates

This is the only milk I use to make my lattes. There is no cleaner barista milk on the market. Elmhurst is the only brand that has clean 6 ingredient or less milks. No filers, non gmo, organic, vegan, kosher, carrageenan free, no artificial flavor. its thick and creamy without the guar gums. It can do a nice froth for latte art. Has a great flavor on all my lattes. It is on the pricier side compared to other brands, but if you are drinking it everyday I would rather spend the extra $$ for a clean flavorful barista milk.

Thought the barista might have a little better taste and fominess quality. Although in a pinch it served the best purpose.

It froths really well. The cost is higher than other barista almond milks, but it doesn’t have any added oils or gums, so I think it is worth it. (It does have a preservative.) It tastes fine, even though there is a slight off white color.

The flavor is smooth and neutral, the creaminess is spot on, and it checks all the boxes for what I’m looking for in a milk alternative I can reliably froth for my espresso drinks. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality, simple-ingredient oat milk that performs well in lattes and cappuccinos.

I normally get this milk at Central market and it's fantastic for all things coffee. It steams well and adds a very mild sweet nuttiness without overpowering the espresso. I legitimately enjoy it more than real milk or any other milk substitute. Unfortunately, due to the COVID pandemic, I've been avoiding going to grocery stores. I thought ordering a 6 pack on here would be worth the extra cost, HOWEVER I received unsweetened non-barista hazelnut milk instead. That milk tastes awful, is very thin, and doesn't really steam at all. Amazon immediately gave me a refund, but I'm now stuck with 6 cartons of milk I can't and don't want to use. UPDATE: I ordered the barista variety pack directly from the Emhurst website and they again sent me 4 non-barista milks instead. Do not buy from the seller or company, they're run by idiots.

Tasty and goes well with coffee.

I have Irritable bowel syndrome and a bladder condition. I can’t tolerate any of the usual plant milks at the grocery store, even the so-called “natural” ones. Guar gum, acacia gum, locust bean gum — they all distress me and why are they even there? This almond milk is a game changer for me. It tastes very good, has a satisfying texture in coffee and I can digest it easily. I have found it for significantly cheaper than this Amazon price but I’m willing to pay more to receive 6 units at once since the brand is hard to find in stores.

Amazing. 10/10. This is the best non dairy milk I’ve ever had. Awesome as a coffee creamer and for frothing in espresso machine for cappuccinos. This is FANTASTIC! Buy it!!!

I couldn't believe how many calories I was consuming using regular half and half cream! I now made the switch to Elmhurst Oat Barista and it's delicious for a fraction of the calories.
